Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at Charwood Suites, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet and it felt like you were staying at home. I would stay there again for sure.

Summary: Excellent value for the price. So nice to have such a large apartment style place for less than the price of a single room. This will now be our go-to place to stay any time we come “home”.

Summary: Price was great! Room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen. The indoor pool was luxurious and relaxing. Great exercise for the kiddo, who had been in the car for 6 + hours. We did have to go to the Holiday Inn to check in because we had arrived after 5 pm, but the process was simple and it was close by. There was a mix up with my reservation and I was charged for two rooms, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the extra charge was refunded with in a week.

Summary: Nice place overall. 2 complaints. 1-No guide for TV channels. 2-AC did not work. Was 80 degrees when we arrived, and we tried many times to get AC to work. Ventilation fan was running the whole time, but that didn't help much. We finally thought to open some windows at bedtime, and it was nicer by morning. Office was closed for the weekend by the time we arrived at 7pm Friday, and we were too tired to deal with trying to call the management. We were only staying for the one night.

Summary: This is a cool place! And they take dogs! Very clean ! Closet had a pet/ urine odor but everything else was great. Check in smooth although you have to go a Holiday inn for keys bc we were after hours. It’s like an apartment so pretty roomy . Everything you need except I’d recommend leaving guests with a roll of paper towels for little clean ups. Otherwise a great place and we would def come back!!

Summary: Upon arrival, we weren't impressed. Limited office hours, no roof to load/unload during the rain, no elevator in the buildings, and we were on the 2nd floor, and the indoor pool is in another building that you have to go outside to get to. Also the tv picture was horrible. I immediately called and left a message and not a single call was ever returned. Also check the closet access from your room. Ours was not locked and it potentially made our room unsecure. But the room was great. Nice quiet location. Awesome room actually. Great deal for the money even considering all the above listed complaints.
